Future Phase definition

Future Phase of a Real Estate Project means all present & future area which can be idendified by the Promoters as a distinct phase consisting of a cluster of Row Houses, Banglows and any other types of cluster as the Promoters deems fit and plan to construct.
Future Phase. (Not included in this Contract) Xxxxxxx Xxxx will work with City Staff and Stake Holders to begin development of any special design codes, architectural standards, standard details, materials selections, covenants and restrictions, etc. that will define the architectural style, look and feel of the new Tontitown Heritage Village. *Base file images for plans will be GIS and aerial imagery only, unless written approval from the client, for the additional costs of field survey work and/or drone shots taken for more accurate base files. Approved survey work will be performed on an hourly basis. Additional Services:
Future Phase means any project undertaken by TTMT in the JDA wherein the scope of work is not covered under the scope of work outlined in the services agreement in relation to the Phase I Project or the Services Agreement and for the avoidance of doubt, shall exclude (1) any facilities which are utilised for the production and transportation of petroleum, natural gas, liquefied natural gas and/or liquefied petroleum gas in and from the JDA and which are shared or to be shared between the Phase I Project, the Phase II Project or any Future Phase; and (2) any routine maintenance in connection with either the Phase I Project or the Phase II Project.

  • The Allottee shall have the right to use Shared Facilities and the Sargam Club in common with the Owner, the Promoter and other Co-owners of the Project and the projects that may be developed on Future Phase Lands or any part thereof, as the Promoter may in its sole discretion decide from time to time, and other persons permitted by the Promoter.

  • The Promoter at its sole discretion can independently deal with the said Future Phase Lands in any manner whatsoever.

  • No doubt, the outcome of this phase will provide the ground upon which the rest of safeguarding activities of future will be formed.As for the execution phase, the project will be shifted to a contractor or a group of contractors with the needed expertise, and the outcomes will be gathered at the Centre for future utilizations.In Future, Phase 1 of the programme will be followed by its Phase 2, titled "Research", and Phase 3, titled "Mapping".

  • Construction Administration:• Future Phase, not included in this authorization.


More Definitions of Future Phase

Future Phase has the meaning set out in Section 4(a). “Future Phase Closing” has the meaning set out in Section 4(e).
Future Phase means a future phase which may be developed by the Developer as it moreover appears from the Development Layout. The termFuture Phases” will have a corresponding meaning;

Related to Future Phase

  • Expansion means the addition of buildings, structures, machinery or equipment for purposes of increasing production capacity.

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Phase or “Phases” in respect of the Project shall mean that the components of the Project are placed in service during more than one year during the Investment Period, and the word “Phase” shall therefore refer to the applicable portion of the Project placed in service in a given year during the Investment Period.

  • Commercial Operation means the condition of operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by the Owner to be available for continuous operation at different loads up to and including rated capacity. Such declaration by the Owner, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
