Future Phase. (Not included in this Contract) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ will work with City Staff and Stake Holders to begin development of any special design codes, architectural standards, standard details, materials selections, covenants and restrictions, etc. that will define the architectural style, look and feel of the new Tontitown Heritage Village. *Base file images for plans will be GIS and aerial imagery only, unless written approval from the client, for the additional costs of field survey work and/or drone shots taken for more accurate base files. Approved survey work will be performed on an hourly basis. Additional Services:
Future Phase of a Real Estate Project means all present & future area which can be idendified by the Promoters as a distinct phase consisting of a cluster of Row Houses, Banglows and any other types of cluster as the Promoters deems fit and plan to construct.
Future Phase means any project undertaken by TTMT in the JDA wherein the scope of work is not covered under the scope of work outlined in the services agreement in relation to the Phase I Project or the Services Agreement and for the avoidance of doubt, shall exclude (1) any facilities which are utilised for the production and transportation of petroleum, natural gas, liquefied natural gas and/or liquefied petroleum gas in and from the JDA and which are shared or to be shared between the Phase I Project, the Phase II Project or any Future Phase; and (2) any routine maintenance in connection with either the Phase I Project or the Phase II Project.

  • It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Designated Apartment and the Project and/or projects on Future Phase Lands, if any, shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against any subsequent allottees of the Designated Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Designated Apartment for all intents and purposes.

  • It is clarified that the liability of the allottees of the projects in Future Phase Lands shall commence only from the date when the membership of the Sargam Club is granted to them.

  • The Allottee shall have the right to use Shared Facilities and the Sargam Club in common with the Owner, the Promoter and other Co-owners of the Project and the projects that may be developed on Future Phase Lands or any part thereof, as the Promoter may in its sole discretion decide from time to time, and other persons permitted by the Promoter.

  • The portion of the Future Phase Contribution due upon the issuance of a building permit as described above the shall be wired to the City in immediately available federal funds within fifteen (15) days after no appeal to such permit is filed, or if filed, is resolved to US2’s satisfaction.

  • The Club Facility will be under the Supervision and Management of the Promoter and the Promoter proposes to have a separate maintenance body for the Club which will co-ordinate with the Maintenance In-charge for the First Phase, the Project and each Future Phase.

  • The referenced Construction Management Fees shall be paid as set forth in the approved Pro Forma for each Future Phase.

  • Without in any way limiting US2’s obligations under the MDDA, MLDA or any related land disposition agreement (whether executed by US2 or an affiliate) entered into with the SRA, US2 shall contribute funds in the amount of $2.00 per gross square foot of development of a Future Phase (the “Future Phase Contribution”).


More Definitions of Future Phase

Future Phase has the meaning set out in Section 4(a). “Future Phase Closing” has the meaning set out in Section 4(e).
Future Phase means a future phase which may be developed by the Developer as it moreover appears from the Development Layout. The termFuture Phases” will have a corresponding meaning;

Related to Future Phase

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Phase 3 means a controlled or uncontrolled human clinical trial of a compound or product that would satisfy the requirements of 21 CFR 312.21(c) or its foreign equivalents.

  • Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
