Gaming Options. Passengers will be able to play video slots, poker and blackjack on the System. Any additional games that SeaVision may desire to provide on the System shall be subject to the parties' mutual agreement. SeaVision will determine the value of each individual credit that passengers may purchase and charge to their cabin accounts. Credits may be redeemed at a location designated by NCL.

  • Company Stock Option means any option to purchase Company Common Stock granted under any Company Stock Plan.

  • Non-Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to receive an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (x) the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the date such right is exercised, and (y) the aggregate exercise price of such right, otherwise than on surrender of a Stock Option.

  • Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to surrender to the Company all (or a portion) of a Stock Option in exchange for an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (i) the Fair Market Value on the date such Stock Option (or such portion thereof) is surrendered, of the Common Stock covered by such Stock Option (or such portion thereof), and (ii) the aggregate exercise price of such Stock Option (or such portion thereof).

  • Other Share-Based Awards means Awards consisting of Share units, or other Awards, valued in whole or in part by reference to, or otherwise based on, Shares.

  • Vested Shares means "Vested Shares" as defined in the Award Agreement.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.

  • Incentive Shares means an award of shares granted pursuant to Section XIII.

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.
