Garage Spaces definition

Garage Spaces means those enclosed spaces above and below the bulkhead deck used for the storage of pleasure craft, vehicles, jet skis or any other such engine driven units;
Garage Spaces shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.22 hereof.
Garage Spaces shall be covered, reserved parking spaces located in the detached garage structure on the Real Property. “Other Spaces” shall be first come first serve, uncovered, unreserved spaces in the open surface lot on the Real Property. Notwithstanding the above, the right granted to Tenant to use such spaces is a license only and Landlord’s inability to make such spaces available at any time for reasons beyond Landlord’s reasonable control is not a material breach by Landlord of its obligations hereunder and Tenant has no rights to use the parking garage except as provided in this Section; provided, however, that Landlord shall use good faith efforts to cause other tenants at the Building Complex to not use Tenant’s Garage Spaces. All vehicles parked in the parking garage and the personal property therein shall be at the sole risk of Tenant, Tenant’s Agents and the users of such spaces and Landlord shall, have no liability for loss or damage thereto for whatever cause.

Examples of Garage Spaces in a sentence

  • Parking is limited to 2 Garage Spaces and 3 Outside Tandem Parking Spaces.

  • Such additional Garage Spaces and Lower Level Spaces shall be subject to such monthly rates, terms, conditions, and regulations as are, from time to time, promulgated by Landlord and charged or applicable to patrons of said Parking Garage or Lower Level Garage for spaces similarly situated within said Parking Garage or Lower Level Garage.

  • Upon the occurrence of any breach of such rules or default by Tenant under the Lease, Landlord shall be entitled to terminate this Exhibit, in which event Tenant's right to utilize the Garage Spaces, Lower Level Spaces and/or the Surface Parking shall thereupon automatically cease.

  • All motor vehicles (including all contents thereof) shall be parked ---- in the Garage Spaces, Lower Level Spaces or in the Surface Parking, as applicable, at the sole risk of Tenant, its employees, agents, invitees and licensees, it being expressly agreed and understood that Landlord has no duty to insure any of said motor vehicles (including the contents thereof), and that Landlord is not responsible for the protection and security of such vehicles.

  • In its use of the Garage Spaces, Lower Level Spaces --------------------- and the Surface Parking, Tenant shall follow all of the Rules and Regulations of the Building (attached to the Lease as Exhibit "B") applicable thereto, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • For convenience, the Garage Spaces and the Lower Level Spaces will sometimes be collectively referred to as the "Spaces" in this Exhibit.

  • In the event that Tenant expands the Leased Premises, ----------------- Tenant shall be entitled to additional Garage Spaces within the Parking Garage based upon a ratio of one (1) additional Space per additional 1,000 Usable Square Feet incorporated into the Leased Premises and additional Lower Level Spaces within the Lower Level Garage based upon a ratio of one (1) reserved parking space per 3,000 Rentable Square Feet incorporated into the Lease Premises upon availability.

  • The annual Rent payable by the Operating Partnership under the Master Garage Lease (“Vacant Garage Space Rent”) with respect to the Garage Spaces shall be an amount equal to the Garage NCF Deficit Amount as of the date hereof, payable in equal monthly installments on the first (1st) day of each calendar month.

  • Following such event of default, upon notice by Landlord, rental for the unreserved Garage Spaces will commence effective on the date of Tenant's event of default.

  • The annual Rent payable by the Operating Partnership under the Master Garage Lease (“Vacant Garage Space Rent”) with respect to the Garage Spaces shall be an amount equal to the “Garage NCF Deficit Amount” (as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement), payable in equal monthly installments on the first (1st) day of each calendar month.


More Definitions of Garage Spaces

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portion of the Ground Floor of the Building and also open spaces at the ground level of the said premises as expressed or intended by the Developer, at their sole discretion, for parking of motor cars/two wheelers etc.

  • Parking Space The County shall attempt to provide adequate free parking facilities for employees within a reasonable distance of their work locations.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Office Space means the actual office or workspace corresponding to the Individual Office Number(s), taken together.

  • Leased space means a self−service storage unit or a space located within a self−service storage facility that a lessee is enti- tled to use for the storage of personal property on a self−service basis pursuant to a rental agreement and that is not rented or pro- vided to the lessee in conjunction with property for residential use by the lessee.

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Space means the volume of gas which a user of a storage facility is entitled to use for the storage of gas;

  • Work space means that portion of the court’s facilities dedicated to each court reporter, including but not limited to actual space in the courtroom and any designated office space.

  • Premises Building Partial Damage means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is less than fifty percent (50%) of the then Replacement Cost of the building.
