Gatherer Group means, whether individually or collectively, (i) Gatherer and its Affiliates, (ii) its and their respective contractors, subcontractors, joint owners, partners, joint venturers, if any, and their respective parents and Affiliates and (iii) the officers, directors, managers, agents, consultants, attorneys, representatives and employees of all of the foregoing; but excludes any member of Producer Group.

Related to Gatherer Group

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates;

  • User Group means (a) you; (b) any entity or individual that Stripe reasonably determines is associated with you; and (c) each of your and their Affiliates; that has entered into an agreement with Stripe (or an Affiliate of Stripe) under which Stripe or its Affiliate provides services.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

  • Contractor Group means Contractor, its parent and subsidiary companies as defined by the term “Affiliate,” and its and their respective Subcontractors and contractors of whatever tier and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of all of the foregoing.

  • Partnership Group means the Partnership and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • Imbalance Energy has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.
