General Survival Period has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.

Examples of General Survival Period in a sentence

• The covenants and agreements to be performed by or on behalf of a Party prior to the Closing shall survive the Closing until the expiration of the General Survival Period.

• Any claims with respect to breaches of covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement that are required to be performed or complied with in their entirety prior to the Closing shall survive the Closing until the expiration of the General Survival Period.

• If a Notice of Claim has been given on or prior to the end of the General Survival Period, the relevant representations and warranties shall survive as to such claim until the claim has been finally resolved.
