German Collateral Documents definition

German Collateral Documents means the German Collateral Agreement, and each other security agreement, pledge, debenture, hypothec, mortgage, consent or other instrument or document, as applicable, governed by German law in connection with this Agreement and the Agreed Security Principles to secure the applicable Secured Obligations.

  • Collateral Agent may take such action (including, without limitation, the exercise of all rights, discretions or powers and the granting of consents or releases or the engagement of a notary for execution of any documents required in notarial form) or, as the case may be, refrain from taking such action under or pursuant to the German Collateral Documents as the Lenders may specifically direct the Collateral Agent in writing from time to time.

  • Second Priority Collateral Documents means the Noteholder Collateral Documents and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is now or hereafter granted securing any Second Priority Claims or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are at any time governed.
