To the knowledge of the Company, each of the Company and the Subsidiaries is, and has been since January 1, 2022, in compliance in all material respects with all applicable Anti-Corruption Laws and Global Trade Laws.
To the knowledge of the Company, there are no pending or threatened claims against the Company or any of the Subsidiaries with respect to violations of any applicable Anti-Corruption Laws or Global Trade Laws.
