GLPL Connection Work definition

GLPL Connection Work means the work to be performed by GLPL, which is described in Schedule "B", attached to this Agreement and which is comprised of Recoverable and Non-Recoverable work.
GLPL Connection Work. Recoverable – New Load Customer Facilities" means recoverable work required for the Connection including design/drawing review, commissioning, inspection and testing associated with the New Load Customers Facilities.
GLPL Connection Work. Recoverable – Connection Facilities" means recoverable work required for the Connection associated with Line and Transformation Connection Facilities as such Transformation and Line Connection Facilities are defined in the Transmission System Code.

  • Network Facilities $(insert number) As noted above, GST is not included in the estimate of the Actual Cost of the GLPL Connection Work and will be collected when GLPL renders the invoice or credit memorandum in accordance with Section 18 hereof.

  • The estimate of Actual Cost of the GLPL Connection Work is based on the preliminary estimate provided to the Load Customer on (insert date) for transmission connection plus the additional estimate for GLPL review and commissioning costs associated with the New Load Customer Facilities.

  • In any event, the total liability of GLPL to the Load Customer for any and all claims for damages under this Agreement whether it arises by statute, contract, tort or otherwise, will not exceed the Actual Cost recoverable from the Load Customer of the GLPL Connection Work.

Related to GLPL Connection Work

  • Service Connection means all cables and equipment required to connect the supply mains to the electrical installation of the consumer at the point of supply;

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Water Connection means the point where a water service line attaches to a water main, thereby allowing water to flow from the City’s water system to an individual customer.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Project Commissioning means the Project will be considered as commissioned if all equipment as per rated project capacity has been installed and energy has flown into grid, in line with the Commissioning procedures defined in the RfS/PPA.

  • Sewer connection means the connection of a structure or project to a public sewer system.

  • Water Service Connection means the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water works that is located between the Corporation’s watermain in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
