Government Access Channel. A specific channel(s) on the Cable System owned by the Licensee and made available for use to the Issuing Authority and/or its designees for the presentation of non-commercial Video Programming and/or information to the public, and managed and operated by the Issuing Authority or its designee(s).

Gross Annual Revenue shall also include the Gross Revenue of any other person which is derived directly or indirectly from or in connection with the operation of the System to the extent that said revenue is derived, through a means which has the effect of avoiding payment of License Fees to the Town that would otherwise be paid herein.   • Access Channel means any Channel, or portion thereof, designated for Access purposes or otherwise made available to facilitate or transmit Access programming or services.
