Government Funds definition

Government Funds means funds that:
Government Funds means funds provided under the provisions of chapter 8 of title
Government Funds shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3 hereof.

More Definitions of Government Funds

Government Funds means the amount of money or credit advanced or to be advanced to the Borrower under the Government Funding Agreements by way of loans or grants.

If the contractor operates its own program of services for eligible clients, the contractor shall comply with the financial record-keeping and reporting requirements that apply to federally-funded subrecipients, even if this Contract is funded solely by State funds.
