Group Personnel definition

Group Personnel means any director, officer, employee or contractor of any Group Member.
Group Personnel means all officers, employees, contractors and agents of all members of a carrier’s Group. Hand-off Code has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Network Terms and the Specifications.
Group Personnel means any director, officer, employee, Representative or contractor of any Group Company.

Examples of Group Personnel in a sentence

  • Despite subsection 5.1(l), if a Client insists for religious or cultural reasons on paying for the Midwifery Services the Practice Group or any Member thereof provides to her, the Practice Group, any Member thereof or any Practice Group Personnel may accept payment from the Client.

Related to Group Personnel

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Support Personnel means employees of a Reviewing Party’s Outside Firm and third-party contractors and employees of third-party contractors who are assisting in this proceeding, provided such persons are involved solely in performing clerical or ministerial functions with regard to documents and information connected with this proceeding, including performing one or more aspects of organizing, filing, coding, converting, storing, or retrieving documents or data or designing programs for handling data connected with this proceeding.
