Growth Capital Expenditures definition

Growth Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures in connection with (a) the purchase or construction of new stores or restaurants (including in connection with franchise buybacks and purchases of competitor restaurants), (b) the major or substantial remodeling of existing Restaurants, or (c) the major or substantial expansion of capacity at Borrower’s bakery manufacturing facilities.
Growth Capital Expenditures means any Capital Expenditures other than Maintenance Capital Expenditures.
Growth Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures consisting of investments by the Loan Parties in new facilities, systems, products and equipment, new business offices and expansion of existing buildings, product development, Investments related to a new corporate image, new communications and technology equipment and new equipment required to meet growing demand.

Growth Capital Expenditures means cash expenditures for Acquisitions or Capital Improvements, and shall not include Maintenance Capital Expenditures or Investment Capital Expenditures. Where capital expenditures are made in part for Growth Capital Expenditures and in part for other purposes, the General Partner shall determine the allocation between the amounts paid for each.
