Product Mix. The Customer represents that it shall purchase and shall cause its Outlets to purchase Products exclusively from Pepsi and that it shall use reasonable efforts to maintain a mix of both Postmix Products and Packaged Products at each of the Outlets throughout the Term.
Product Mix. NRI may only offer for rent at the On-Site Rental Stores the equipment listed on Exhibit E to the Agreement and may only offer for sale at the On-Site Rental Stores the merchandise listed on Exhibit F to the Agreement. NRI may offer additional items for rent or sale at the On-Site Rental Stores with the prior consent of Lowe's, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. The parties agree to periodically exchange and review information regarding product mix at their respective On-Site Rental Stores and Participating Lowe's Stores and agree to consider in good faith adjusting and coordinating their respective product mixes as may be mutually beneficial to the parties.

The City represents that it shall purchase and shall cause its Facilities and food service Provider to purchase Products exclusively from Beverage Provider and that it shall use reasonable efforts to maintain a mix of both Postmix Products and Packaged Products at each of the Facilities throughout the Term.
Product Mix. Attachment A, which sets forth LSI’s initial estimates made as of the Effective Date regarding the mix of Products and Services to be ordered by LSI during the Revenue Commitment Period also reflects the Parties’ minimum assumptions regarding Wafer capacity for LSI’s Requirements and the fulfillment of the applicable QMPA and TMPA by LSI. It is acknowledged that in order for LSI to fulfill its QMPA and TMPA, additional Product run rates will be required, which will be ascertained pursuant to the Forecasts provided by LSI under Section 4.1. The estimates set out in Attachment A are not binding on LSI with respect to any subsequent Forecast or Order for the production of specific Products or Services. LSI has the right to make changes to this estimated mix of Products and Services when it places Orders, provided, however, LSI will remain obligated to fulfill the TMPA and applicable QMPA.
Product Mix. (a) ATA shall order 90% of the Firm Annual Quantity as foil Sheet Ingot (the "Minimum Requirement").
(b) In the event that ATA does not order the Minimum Requirement, ATA shall purchase other 1000 series alloy products at the FQ Sheet Ingot Premium as specified in Schedule A and/or other alloys increased by the difference between 1000 series alloy products at the GP Sheet Ingot Premium and the FQ Sheet Ingot Premium, up to the Minimum Requirement of the minimum Firm Annual Quantity (90% of *** mt for 2004, or up to *** mt).

The Supplier shall provide the Company from time to time with the Product mix for the Company's online business in each Existing State; provided that the Company shall have the right to reasonably object to such determination. The Company may also recommend to the Supplier the inclusion in the Product mix for the Company's online business in a particular Existing State of additional SKUs not carried by the Supplier, which SKUs, subject to approval by the Supplier, shall be included in the Product mix for such Existing State.

Product Mix. Distributor agrees to carry, at all times during the term of this Agreement (including any renewal thereof) a minimum of seven (7) Product flavors in 16 oz. bottles.
Product Mix. Contractor shall produce and maintain a product list for the term of the Agreement. Products list shall include (at a minimum) type of product, unit size, and pricing. The Contractor shall provide a product list differentiating the ratio of 75% healthy versus 25% non-healthy items. This percentage is based on the overall assortment in each machine. The City reserves the right to approve any and all products before their use in the vending machines. The City also reserves the right to request any changes in product line. Requests for product line changes shall be in writing. New product line selling price must be approved in writing by the Director or designee before the new product line is made available in the vending machine. When a price increase becomes necessary due to a change in sales tax, other taxes, or in other costs to include wholesaler increases or manufacturer’s increase, such changes must be documented to and approved by the Director or designee. For items to be purchased, only generally recognized and accepted name brands shall be used. All expired products must be removed from machines no later than the recommended consumption date shown on the product. All items in snack and beverage machines will have nutritional information available at each branch reception area. Beverage machines shall be the bottle-drop type, so that soda, juice and water selections are available in one machine. Any product used must be shown on the product list sheet and dispensed at the price shown. After initial installation, Contractor shall not substitute products on this list or in machines without written approval of the Director or designee. All machines shall be checked periodically and filled as required. Contractor shall provide a sufficient quantity (minimum of 50% stock levels at all times of all items and total items) and a diversity of products to meet normal vending demands until the next scheduled visit. All vending machines shall be energy efficient, qualified or equipped with an energy miser. Machines must be new, or used in excellent condition, 2011 or newer. Contractor must hold title to all machines and other auxiliary equipment installed. All machines shall have the capability of returning change in the amounts of 5, 10, or 25 cents as required and have adequate change inventory for required returns.
