Guards means persons of other ranks, and any person charged with the work of guarding.

  • Guards engaged for services at Client’s premises must be those on permanent employment.

The term "smoke" includes, but is not limited to, tobacco smoke, electronic cigarette vapors, and cannabis smoke.

  • Technological safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for use of the technology to protect and control access to personal information.

  • Landscape architect means a person who holds a license to practice landscape architecture in the state of California Business and Professions Code, Section 5615.
