Homeowner Association definition

Homeowner Association means a homeowner’s association or property owners’ association established for the benefit of property owners within the boundaries of the PID.
Homeowner Association means an incorporated or unincorporated entity upon which maintenance and operational responsibilities are imposed and to which authority is granted in the declaration;
