Hosted PBX definition

Hosted PBX means the hosted and managed telephony system provided by Commsworld. This service is managed in respect of the functionality and the Equipment necessary at the Customer Premises. The feature list includes basic call setup within the Hosted PBX, to other Hosted PBXs and to the PSTN and supplementary services such as call diversions, do not disturb, voicemail, hunt groups, call transfer, call pick up and music on hold;

Hosted PBX means a cloud-based phone system that includes call routing and other advanced features, provided by XxxxXxxx.xxx.xx. Several advanced features are an additional service of Hosted PBX including; Fax-to-Email, Call Recording Storage and Integrations. End Users are provided with a web portal also known as Customer Portal to manage their Hosted PBX. Fax-to-Email is an additional Hosted PBX service to send faxes via email. Call Recording Storage is an additional Hosted PBX service for the storage of Call Recordings on XxxxXxxx.xxx.xx Equipment. Integrations are an additional Hosted PBX service to activate APIs, webhooks, and integration features.
