Hosted Software Services definition

Hosted Software Services means the application, including the Hosted Software and any applicable Third- Party Software, as run on the Hosted Environment.
Hosted Software Services means SIEMonster’s provision of remote access via the Internet to the Software, and Support; Maintenance means Updates and Enhancements to the Software provided to Customer as part of a Support Plan; Malware means viruses, spyware, adware, or other unauthorized code or information that is designed to interrupt the normal use of the Software or the systems on which any part of the Software is installed, destroy or corrupt any data, or covertly transmit information regarding Customer or the Users to a third party;
Hosted Software Services means CSDC’s provision of remote access via the Internet to a dedicated instance of the Software, and Support for that dedicated instance. Maintenance means Updates and Enhancements to the Software provided to Purchaser as part of a subscription for Hosted Services or as part of a Support Plan. Malware means viruses, spyware, adware, or other unauthorized code or information that is designed to interrupt the normal use of the Software or the systems on which any part of the Software is installed, destroy or corrupt any data, or covertly transmit information regarding Purchaser or the Users to a third- party.

Examples of Hosted Software Services in a sentence

  • Unless You are a participant in the “ARCHIBUS Third- Party Hosted Software Services Program” or work with a Non Software Provider, You may not (i) provide computer time- sharing access to Your software to third parties; and/or (ii) let Your Software be used by persons outside Your operations (persons who are not full-time, part-time, or contracted workers of the Licensee) or by those that do not have a valid XXXX.

  • Unless otherwise mutually agreed in an executed Orderly Transition scope of work, Vendor shall continue to provide Goods and Services while UCBOE migrates its Confidential Information from Vendor’s Hosted Software Services in the Orderly Transition process.

  • Vendor’s Hosted Environment shall maintain security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Hosted Software Services, and specifically the Confidential Information provided to Vendor by UCBOE.

  • Unless otherwise mutually agreed in an executed Orderly Transition scope of work, Contractor shall continue to provide Goods and Services while UCBOE migrates its Confidential Information from Contractor’s Hosted Software Services in the Orderly Transition process.

  • The use of the term “Software” in this Exhibit B refers to the Software that is provided for Customer’s use on systems that are operated by SIEMonster, and the terms “Services” refers only to the Hosted Software Services and Support for the Hosted Software Services.

  • The Software license is subject to additional conditions and restrictions stated in Exhibit A (Stand Alone Software) or Exhibit B (Hosted Software Services), as applicable.

  • The Port desires to enter into this Software as a Service Agreement with Vendor to provide Hosted Software Services as described in RFP 070167.

More Definitions of Hosted Software Services

Hosted Software Services means Nordic IT’s provision of hosted infrastructure for the operation of the Software, such as hosted servers, databases, storage and other services as further described on Exhibit B (Hosted Software Services). Order has the meaning given in Section 14.6 (Order Process). For clarity, the term Order as used in this Agreement refers to documents that may be titled “order,” “statement of work,” “work order,” or other names. The term “Statement of Work” as used in this MLSA is an Order for Professional Services.

Related to Hosted Software Services

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
