Managed Hosting Services definition

Managed Hosting Services means the services provided by Blackboard pursuant to this Managed Hosting Schedule. The initial Managed Hosting Services are indicated on the Order Form and Exhibit A to this Managed Hosting Schedule.

  • Extended Application Monitoring is a feature of AppChoice(SM) Managed Hosting Services that provides additional monitoring capabilities beyond the Customer's Foundation Monitors and manages the resultant event responses.

  • WorldCom shall provide Digex with rolling monthly forecasts of projected revenue from sales of Managed Hosting Services, and forecasts of capacity needs by data center and product type.

Managed Hosting Services. The implementation and operation of internet connectivity, data center, computers, data storage devices, security devices, and associated operating management to provide full operational support for customer ap- plications on an outsourced basis, including but not limited to any and all Standard Managed Hosting Service Components, the Standard Managed Hosting Service Bundles, or Custom/Complex Managed Hosting Service Solutions.

Related to Managed Hosting Services

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).
