Hourly Compensation definition

Hourly Compensation means the hourly compensation for the performance of Basic Services by the Professional Services Contractor. The Hourly Compensation does not include compensation for Reimbursable Expenses.
Hourly Compensation means $350 per hour. As applicable, Hourly Compensation shall be payable following appropriate submission to the Company by Consultant of an invoice with supporting time documentation.
Hourly Compensation means the hourly compensation payable to the Executive for hours worked as provided in Section 5.1. The Hourly Compensation shall be calculated by prorating a base annual salary of $600,000.00 for actual hours worked.
