Hourly Limit definition

Hourly Limit means MWh per hour, in any hour. [Note: The blank in this section will be completed based on discussion between the Seller and BC Hydro.]
Hourly Limit means, subject to section 4.7, MWh measured at the POI in any hour, unless increased or waived by the Buyer for a period of time specified in writing by the Buyer from time to time in its sole discretion (which increase or waiver may be revoked by the Buyer at any time by notice to the Seller). [Note: The Hourly Limit inserted in this definition will be the Plant Capacity from the Seller’s Proposal.]

Related to Hourly Limit

  • Maximum allowable cost means the maximum amount that a pharmacy benefit manager will reimburse a pharmacy for the cost of a drug.
