Hourly Limit definition

Hourly Limit means MWh per hour, in any hour. [Note: The blank in this section will be completed based on discussion between the Seller and BC Hydro.]
Hourly Limit means <*> MWh per hour, in any hour, measured at the POI, unless increased or waived by the Buyer for a period of time specified in writing by the Buyer from time to time in its sole discretion (which increase or waiver may be revoked by the Buyer at any time by notice to the Seller).
Hourly Limit means, subject to section 4.7, MWh measured at the POI in any hour, unless increased or waived by the Buyer for a period of time specified in writing by the Buyer from time to time in its sole discretion (which increase or waiver may be revoked by the Buyer at any time by notice to the Seller). [Note: The Hourly Limit inserted in this definition will be the Plant Capacity from the Seller’s Proposal.]

Examples of Hourly Limit in a sentence

  • If, at any time after the Effective Date, the Maximum Power Injection Limit is less than the Plant Capacity, the Hourly Limit will be reduced to the Maximum Power Injection Limit for any period of time that the Maximum Power Injection Limit is less than the Plant Capacity.

  • Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity.   • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;

  • Facility Limit means, $175,000,000, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof. References to the unused portion of the Facility Limit shall mean, at any time of determination, an amount equal to (x) the Facility Limit at such time, minus (y) the Aggregate Capital at such time.

  • Daily bag limit as used in s. NR 19.275, means the maximum number of a turtle species or group of turtle species which may be taken by a person each day.

  • Normal Maximum Generation means the highest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.

  • Normal Minimum Generation means the lowest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.

  • Maximum allowable cost means the maximum amount that a pharmacy benefit manager will reimburse a pharmacy for the cost of a drug.
