Plant Capacity definition

Plant Capacity means the rated electrical nameplate for a plant.

Plant Capacity means the maximum electrical capacity of the Seller’s Plant expressed in MW as set out in Appendix 2 (as amended in accordance with section 4.5), being the numerical sum of the maximum electrical capacity of each individual generator that forms part of the Seller’s Plant, as established by documentation in respect of each generator that is satisfactory to the Buyer in its sole discretion. Where the capacity is expressed in MVA, the capacity will be multiplied by the power factor stipulated in the Interconnection Agreement to determine the capacity in MW.

Plant Capacity means the maximum electrical capacity of the Seller’s Plant expressed in MW as set out in Appendix B (as may be amended during the Term in accordance with section 4.8 or 6.4).

More Definitions of Plant Capacity

Plant Capacity means the rated electrical nameplate for a plant, except that, in the case of a solar energy plant, the term shall mean the aggregate AC nameplate capacity of all inverters used to convert the plant's output to AC power.

Plant Capacity means the aggregate net generation capacity (AC) of the Plant at the Electrical Interconnection Point at Standard Test Conditions and expressed in whole kW (with a fractional kW amount below 0.5 being rounded down to the nearest whole kW and a fractional kW amount equal to or above 0.5 being rounded up to the nearest whole kW), determined in accordance with Exhibit J-2 and other applicable provisions of this Agreement pursuant to a Performance Test.
