Hourly Quantity definition

Hourly Quantity has the meaning given in Section C paragraph 1.1.4(b) of the IUK Access Code;
Hourly Quantity means, in respect of a particular shipper for a Gas Hour, the total quantity (across all Outlet Points in the relevant Pipeline Zone or Zones (as the case may be)) of Gas Received by the shipper from the Operator during that Gas Hour, expressed in terajoules.
Hourly Quantity means, with respect to each Delivery Hour during the Delivery Period, the quantity (in MWh) of Base Energy set forth on Exhibit A-1 for the Month in which such Delivery Hour occurs (as such Exhibit A-1 may be updated from time to time in accordance with Section 6.2).

Examples of Hourly Quantity in a sentence

  • For each Delivery Period, Seller and Buyer shall utilize the DART/Financial Schedules tool within the MISO Market Portal to manage contracts and schedules for the Hourly Quantity.

  • The Shipper's total hourly delivery to the RES Entry Point cannot exceed the Maximum Hourly Quantity at the RES Entry Point for all of the Shipper's Capacity Agreements collectively.

  • A Shipper's total hourly offtake in an Allocation Area or at a Direct Site cannot exceed the Max- imum Hourly Quantity in the Domestic Exit Zone for the Shipper's Capacity Agreements collec- tively.

  • However, the delivery cannot exceed the Max- imum Hourly Quantity at the RES Entry Point, calculated for all of the Shipper’s Capacity Agree- ments as a whole.

  • However, the redelivery cannot exceed the Maximum Hourly Quantity in the Domestic Exit Zone, calculated for all of the Shipper’s Capacity Agreements as a whole.


More Definitions of Hourly Quantity

Hourly Quantity means in respect of an IUK Nomination or IUK Renomination, the quantity of natural gas for a particular hour of a particular Gas Day as specified in such IUK Nomination or IUK Renomination;
