Housing Allocations Policy definition

Housing Allocations Policy means the housing allocation policy choice based lettings of St Albans City & District Council dated December 2021 or any housing allocations policy or scheme as shall supersede the aforementioned policy after the date of this Deed
Housing Allocations Policy means the register maintained by the Borough Council (or its nominee) or the District Council (or its nominee) (as applicable) for Eligible Households.
Housing Allocations Policy means the housing allocation policy choice based lettings of St Albans District City & District Council dated December 2013 or any housing allocations policy or scheme as shall supersede the aforementioned policy after the date of this Deed Interest: means interest at two percent above the base lending rate of HSBC Bank Plc from time to time Library Contribution: means the sum calculated in accordance with Schedule 4 Part 1 (index linked as hereinafter provided) as a contribution towards increasing the capacity of children’s fiction at Harpenden Library to meet the needs of families moving into the new Development Local Connection: shall have the meaning given to it by the Housing Allocations Policy NPPF: means the National Planning Policy Framework issued by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government dated July 2018 or any Government issued policy statement amending or replacing the same from time to time Plan: means the plan annexed to this Deed Planning Application: means the application for outline planning permission received 21 February 2018 bearing the Council’s reference number 5/2018/0474 Planning Permission: means the permission to be granted by way of approval of the Planning Application or from any reserved matters submissions or resulting from any other planning application covering all or part of the Site for any of the uses comprised in the Planning Application whether granted by variation alteration substitution addition or replacement PROVIDED THAT if any form of development within the Site which individually or in combination with any other permission for development would lead to levels of development exceeding those set out in the Planning Application that development shall be subject to additional planning obligations PUBSEC Index: means the Tender Price Index of Public Sector Non Housing Smoothed All-In Index published by the Building Cost Information Service of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (or any successor organisation), specifically the series called ‘Extension of Public Sector Tender Price Index or Public Sector Building Non Housing’ or equivalent replacement index Qualifying Person: means a person or household in need of Affordable Housing accepted on to the St Albans Housing Register (from time to time) in accordance with the Housing Allocations Policy;

Housing Allocations Policy means any scheme, policy or strategy relating to the allocation of housing for homeless persons or other Persons in Housing Need, lawfully operated by the Council or any other body to whom the Council may lawfully delegate responsibility for performing that function.
