HST Act definition

HST Act means Part IX of the Excise Tax Act (Canada).
HST Act means Part IX of the Excise Tax Act (Canada). "Indemnified Parties" has the meaning set forth in 15.1 . "Indemnifying Party" has the meaning set forth in 15.1.
HST Act means the Excise Tax Act (Canada) and any amendments and regulations thereto or any replacement legislation thereof and the regulations thereto.
