Proof of Identity. When the Customer refuses a request to produce identification satisfactory to Cape Air or the Customer’s identification mismatches their ticket information. Cape Air has the right, but is not obligated, to require identification of persons purchasing tickets and/or presenting a ticket for the purpose of boarding the aircraft.

If Mid-England Xxxxxx Ltd are contacted by the Niche Owner, or anyone purporting to be the next of kin, or heirs or successors in title of the Niche Owner, such persons shall be responsible for establishing at their cost (to our reasonable satisfaction) their identity, and their relationship to the Niche Owner.

Proof of Identity. (1) This clause applies if a person is purporting to exercise, discharge or perform a responsibility as a custodian or escort.
(2) Any affected party may ask the person to produce proof of identity.
(3) Subject to subclause (4), it is the person's duty to comply with the request.
(4) For the purposes of subclause (3), it is sufficient if the person –
(a) in the case of an MHO, produces his or her MHO identity card; or
(b) in the case of an authorised person, produces his or her identity card, if issued, or instrument of authorisation; or
(c) in the case of a police officer or ambulance officer who is not in uniform, produces his or her MHO identity card, if issued, or –
(i) in the case of a police officer, his or her warrant card; or
(ii) in the case of an ambulance officer, his or her ambulance officer identification card; or
(d) in the case of a police officer or ambulance officer who is in uniform, states that he or she is acting as authorised custodian or escort under this Act.
(5) A failure to comply with subclause (3) does not, of itself, invalidate the subsequent exercise, discharge or performance of the relevant responsibility.
(6) The CFP or controlling authority of an SMHU may issue an authorised person with an identity card for use in connection with escort duties.
(7) In this clause –
(a) the patient;
(b) a representative or support person of the patient;
(c) the owner or occupier of any premises that the person purporting to act as custodian or escort is, in that capacity, seeking to enter;
(d) the controlling authority of an approved facility from which the person purporting to act as custodian or escort is, in that capacity, seeking to remove the patient;
Proof of Identity. 32.1 If directed to do so by the Seller, the Buyer must, within 5 Business Days after direction, give to the Seller a copy of:
(a) the Buyer's passport (if any); and
(b) such other evidence of the identity of the Buyer as the Seller may reasonably require, and if the Buyer is a company, a copy of the passport or such other evidence of the identity of each of the directors and shareholders of the Buyer, as the Seller may reasonably require.
Proof of Identity. 9.1 It is a legal requirement under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 that we verify the identity of our customers before the sale can take place.
9.2 We cannot sell your property until you provide us with the correct documentation. If you fail to provide us this before the auction, we reserve the right to refuse to sell the property, and we will not be liable to you for any losses suffered as a result.
9.3 We will request this documentation from you at the time of instruction. This will include a form of photographic ID (such as passport or driving license) along with a separate document evidencing your address, such as a letter from a utility company or bank statement dated within three months of you signing this Agreement. We may request other supporting documentation at our discretion.
9.4 We will use the information you provide to perform an electronic identity check, using our third-party referencing providers, Credas and Thirdfort. These providers will check the personal details supplied against their databased to verify your identity and residential address. This is not a credit check and will have no effect on your credit score. These third parties may also use your details in the future to assist other companies for verification purposes. By signing this Agreement, you consent to this electronic identity check being undertaken.
9.5 Where you are selling the property on behalf of the legal owner, the legal owner will also need to provide identity and residency documentation, and undertake electronic identity checks as set out above. By signing this Agreement, you are confirming that the legal owner has reviewed our privacy policy, understands the purposes for which we are processing their personal data and knows that we will pass their personal data to the third-party provider for the purposes of carrying out identity verification checks. It is not a credit check and will not affect the credit score of the legal owner.
9.6 Where you are selling the property as an organization, we are required to obtain documentation from, and undertake electronic identity checks on, anybody who exercises significant control over that organization.
