Impact Fee Schedule definition

Impact Fee Schedule means that schedule of fees referenced in Section 7307 of this Ordinance and set forth in the Fee Schedule attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit “A”.

Impact Fee Schedule means the table of impact fees to be charged per unit of development, computed by the formula adopted under this chapter, indicating the standard fee amount per dwelling unit or per commercial development that shall be paid as a condition of development within the City.

Impact Fee Schedule means the schedule of development impact fees approved by resolution of the City Council.

Examples of Impact Fee Schedule in a sentence

• The Impact Fees authorized hereby are separate from and in addition to user fees and other charges lawfully imposed by the City and other fees and costs that may not be included as itemized component parts of the Impact Fee Schedule.

More Definitions of Impact Fee Schedule

Impact Fee Schedule means the table of impact fees adopted by City Council resolution indicating the standard amount to be charged per dwelling unit, computed by the formula set forth in BDMC 3.70.140, that shall be paid as a condition of residential development within the City.

Impact Fee Schedule means the table of impact fees to be charged per unit of development, computed by the formula contained in the parks impact fee rate study, indicating the standard fee amount per unit of development that shall be paid as a condition of such development within the city.

Impact Fee Schedule means the fee schedules set forth in this chapter.

Impact Fee Schedule means the schedule of fees adopted by the Council setting the base fee amount for each Benefit Area and the total Impact Fee for each type of New Development, which schedule is attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and which is incorporated herein by reference.
