Rate Study. In the event that Gross Revenue collected during a fiscal year is not sufficient to meet the requirements set forth in the Rate Covenant contained in Paragraph (1) of this Exhibit F to the Loan Agreement, the Governmental Agency shall, within 90 days of the end of such fiscal year, cause an independent firm of accountants or consulting engineers, to prepare a rate study for the purpose of recommending a schedule of rates, fees, and charges for the use of the System that, in the opinion of the firm conducting the study will be sufficient to provide Gross Revenue to be collected in the next succeeding fiscal year that will provide compliance with the Rate Covenant described in Paragraph (1) of this Exhibit F to this Loan Agreement. Such a study shall be delivered to the Authority. The Governmental Agency shall within six months of receipt of such study, adopt rates, fees, and charges for the use of the System, based upon the recommendations contained in such study, that provide compliance with said Rate Covenant. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Authority may, from time to time, in its sole and absolute discretion and pursuant to such terms and restrictions it may specify, waive in writing the requirement that a rate study be performed by the Governmental Agency.

Rate Study. Rates shall be based upon the principle of recovering the full cost of service using standards generally accepted in the industry such as American Water Works Association standards or other similar generally accepted industry trade organization standards. The Board shall, within a reasonable period of time after formation of the Authority, engage qualified consultants to conduct a cost of service study and design rates. Costs to be considered in the study shall include, but not be limited to: collection and storage, transmission, peaking, treatment and delivery, maintenance, replacement and repair and administrative. The study shall include classification of costs and allocation of costs to and within customer classes using the full cost of service standard. Such rates shall be implemented as soon as reasonably feasible. Rates shall be fair, just and reasonable. The Board shall periodically review the need for changes in rates and implement such changes as may be appropriate in a manner consistent with the standards in this section 4.3. .
Rate Study. 1. Upon NBU providing NTP to the Professional, the Professional shall perform the rate study services described herein.
Rate Study. On or before the end of fiscal year 2021/2022 and every five years thereafter, the City shall review the water rates being charged to the residents of the District through a rate study, such rate study to include an analysis of whether an out of City limit service surcharge is justified.

  • Rest Period An employee who works overtime shall have at least a ten hour rest period between the end of ordinary hours on any one day and start of ordinary hours on the next day. If on the instructions of the employer, the employee resumes or continues work without having had 10 consecutive hours off duty, the employee shall be paid double time until he or she is released from duty for ten hour rest period. The principal shall report to the CSC, after the roster verification process, the number of students in each class and this will be published in the CSC minutes on the school’s website. For the purposes of this section, a “class” shall be defined as any general education, including electives and model one classes. Upon request, after the roster verification process, the District shall provide the Association with the student information management system data regarding class enrollment.

  • National Competitive Bidding Goods estimated to cost less than $250,000 equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of National Competitive Bidding.

  • Extended School Year For the extended school year program for 44 students receiving a 1 or 2 score on the state mandated assessments, a listing 45 of anticipated openings with instructions for submitting applications for 46 such openings, including any pertinent information regarding the positions, 1 shall be posted at each school site at which openings are expected to occur.
