Increment Date definition

Increment Date shall be the first working day of the month following initial employment and may be modified by the provisions of this Agreement.
Increment Date means the anniversary date of the commencement of Continuous Service except that, where an Employee has been promoted or reclassified with a resulting salary increase, the increment date shall become the anniversary of the promotion;
Increment Date means the anniversary date in each year of the employee’s employment.

Examples of Increment Date in a sentence

  • For purposes of periodic salary step increases, the Periodic Increment Date will be the beginning of the first pay period in the month after the employee begins employment.

  • An Employee's initial "Anniversary Increment Date" is the date on which the Employee has accumulated the equivalent of one (1) year of service (excluding overtime hours) since his/her original date of hire.

  • If time spent on unpaid leave equals or exceeds one (1) month, the employee’s Service Increment Date and the Step Increase Date will be adjusted by the number of months of unpaid status.

More Definitions of Increment Date

Increment Date for merit increases means the anniversary date of commencement of continuous service except that, where an employee has been reclassified which results in a salary increase or promotion, the increment date shall become the anniversary date of the reclassification or promotion.
