Industrial Pretreatment Program definition

Industrial Pretreatment Program. (“IPP”) means the industrial waste management program adopted by the Board of Directors and approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”), as the program to ensure the proper pretreatment and handling of industrial sewage.

Industrial Pretreatment Program means the program for regulation and management of discharges to the Wastewater System from Industrial Users as defined in 40 C.F.R. §403.3 which is sufficient to satisfy the requirements of the Livingston NPDES Permit as transferred to Illinois-American, including any amendments or revisions thereto.
