Initial Major Phase definition

Initial Major Phase is defined in the DDA.
Initial Major Phase is Major Phase 1 which includes the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Site and portions of Parcel A, Parcel B, Parcel C and Parcel D-2. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Phasing Plan attached hereto as of the Reference Date, the Parties agree that Developer’s obligations regarding the Stadium Major Phase and Stadium Sub-Phases are dependent upon certain events or actions outside of Developer’s control and therefore Developer can omit the real property covering the Stadium Major Phase in its Initial Major Phase Application. Furthermore, the timing of Developer’s obligations for submission of the Major Phase Application for the Stadium Major Phase and the Sub-Phase Applications for the Stadium Sub-Phases shall be governed by Article 5.
Initial Major Phase is Major Phase 1, which consists of the Initial Sub-Phases. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Phasing Plan attached hereto as of the Reference Date, the Parties agree that Developer’s obligations regarding the Stadium Major Phase and Stadium Sub-Phases are dependent upon certain events or actions outside of Developer’s control and therefore Developer can omit the real property covering the Stadium Major Phase in its Initial Major Phase Application. Furthermore, the timing of Developer’s obligations for submission of the Major Phase Application for the Stadium Major Phase and the Sub-Phase Applications for the Stadium Sub-Phases shall be governed by Article 5.

Examples of Initial Major Phase in a sentence

  • If Developer submits a Sub-Phase Application covering additional portions of the Initial Major Phase at the same time that it submits the Sub-Phase Application for the Initial Sub-Phases, the Agency agrees that it will review and consider the two (2) Applications at the same time.

  • Developer shall submit the first Complete Major Phase Application for the Initial Major Phase on or before the applicable Outside Date.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Phasing Plan attached hereto as of the Reference Date, the Parties agree that Developer’s obligations regarding the Stadium Major Phase and Stadium Sub-Phases are dependent upon certain events or actions outside of Developer’s control and therefore Developer can omit the real property covering the Stadium Major Phase in its Initial Major Phase Application.

Related to Initial Major Phase

  • Major development means an individual “development,” as well as multiple developments that individually or collectively result in:

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Large work place means a place at which, at an average 500 or more workers are employed in connection with construction work.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.

  • Start-up Period means up to a maximum of 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age-range of the Academy will have some pupils present).
