Initial Share Value definition

Initial Share Value means the average of the Closing Prices of the shares of common stock of the Company for the period commencing on the 180th day prior to the date of the Change of Control and ending on the 150th day prior to the date of the Change of Control;
Initial Share Value means the average closing price of a company’s common equity for the period January 1, 2016 through March 7, 2016 as reported on the principal national securities exchange on which such common equity is listed.
Initial Share Value shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in section 2.4 hereof.
