Initial Work Order definition

Initial Work Order means the work order that is entered into by the parties as part of this Agreement. The Initial Work Order is provided in Exhibit A.
Initial Work Order means the Amended and Restated Initial Work Order (Statement of Work No. 1) dated as of even date herewith.
Initial Work Order means the first Work Order agreed to and executed by the parties on the Effective Date, and as attached hereto as Appendix A.

  • ICI will invoice GBC for the Annual Maintenance Fee annually, beginning one year after the completion date of the Deliverables as set forth in the Initial Work Order and any Additional Work Orders following the execution of the Agreement.

  • Services provided by ICI hereunder will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and will substantially conform with the description of services set forth in the Initial Work Order, the Use and Maintenance Agreement, and any Additional Work Orders entered into by the parties.

More Definitions of Initial Work Order

Initial Work Order means the first Work Order agreed to and executed by the Parties on the Effective Date, and as attached hereto as Appendix A.
Initial Work Order means the letter of intent between the parties, or Statement of Work No. 1, pursuant to which the parties have agreed, among other matters, that AFS shall customize and configure the Online System to provide online illustration, enrollment, implementation, administration and case management for distribution of the Insurer Product, with data linking to Insurer’s online underwriting system and policy administration system for the Insurer Product.

Related to Initial Work Order

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.
