Insurance Specifications definition

Insurance Specifications means the insurance requirements on Developer in connection with the Project as generally described in Section 6.10 and more fully set forth in Exhibit H.
Insurance Specifications means the insurance requirements on the Manager in connection with the Grocery Store as generally described in Section 6.6 and more fully set forth in Exhibit 5 hereof.
