Intangibles Collateral means all general intangibles of each Obligor, whether now existing or hereafter acquired or arising, including, without limitation, all copyrights, royalties, tax refunds, rights to tax refunds, trademarks, trade names, service marks, patent and proprietary rights, blueprints, drawings, designs, trade secrets, plans, diagrams, schematics and assembly and display materials relating thereto, all customer lists, all books and records and all computer software and programs, and all goodwill of each Obligor associated therewith.
