Intended for occupant use means, when used in reference to the adjustment of a seat and head restraint, adjustment positions used by seated occupants while the vehicle is in motion, and not those intended solely for the purpose of allowing ease of ingress and egress of occupants; access to cargo storage areas; and storage of cargo in the vehicle.
