Interconnection Capacity definition

Interconnection Capacity. The Facility has, or will have, an interconnection agreement providing for interconnection capacity available or allocable to the Facility that is no less than the Guaranteed Capacity. Seller shall ensure that, during the Test Energy period and throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall have sufficient interconnection capacity and rights under or through the interconnection agreement to interconnect the Facility with the CAISO-Controlled Grid and fulfill its obligations under the Agreement.
Interconnection Capacity means the equipment by which the connection of two or several electricity systems is performed.
Interconnection Capacity has the meaning set forth in the ReMAT Tariff. “Interconnection Facilities” has the meaning set forth in the tariff applicable to the Seller’s interconnection agreement.

More Definitions of Interconnection Capacity

Interconnection Capacity means dedicated unswitched transmission capacity and other facilities for connecting the telecommunications systems of two telecommunication service providers so that telecommunication services may be passed efficiently between those systems;

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • System Capacity means the operational capacity of the System at any applicable point in time.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.
