Interface Risk Assessment definition

Interface Risk Assessment means an assessment that identifies and evaluates the Interface Risks within a risk management framework and which will identify all reasonably foreseeable hazards related to the Interface Risks, assess the risks of such hazards occurring and the implications of such hazards occurring as well as nominating suitable control mechanisms to manage the Interface Risks;
Interface Risk Assessment has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking.
Interface Risk Assessment means an assessment of the risks associated with the Operator’s operations insofar as they interface with the Infrastructure and other Train services as provided in Clause 11;

Examples of Interface Risk Assessment in a sentence

  • The End User must participate in the Interface Risk Assessment under each Train Operations Agreement and comply with the IRMP to the extent it is expressed to impose obligations upon the End User.

  • The Parties must, at the Operator’s cost (unless otherwise agreed between the Parties), engage suitably qualified persons (reasonably acceptable to both Parties) to undertake any specialist assessments required for the purpose of identifying and assessing Environmental Risks as part of an Interface Risk Assessment.

  • Access Holder agree that training of the Access Holder’s Staff is required as a control or part of a control to a particular Interface Risk identified in the Interface Risk Assessment, and the Access Holder and/or the Operator can only obtain that training from QR, QR will provide the Access Holder and/or the Operator with that training and be entitled to recover from the Access Holder a reasonable commercial charge for providing such training.

  • Access Holder agree that training of the Access Holder’s Staff is required as a control or part of a control to a particular Interface Risk identified in the Interface Risk Assessment, and the Access Holder and/or the Operator can only obtain that training from QR Network, QR Network will provide the Access Holder and/or the Operator with that training and be entitled to recover from the Access Holder a reasonable commercial charge for providing such training.

  • If the Operator gives Aurizon Network an Authorisation Request Notice, the Interface Risk Assessment required to be conducted under clause 25.2 will, unless otherwise required by Aurizon Network, be limited to a Rollingstock Interface Standards Risk Assessment in respect of the proposed Rollingstock or Rollingstock Configurations for the Train Service Type (as applicable) specified in the Authorisation Request Notice.

  • If Aurizon Network and the Operator agree that training of the Operator’s Staff is required as a control or part of a control for a particular Interface Risk identified in the Interface Risk Assessment and the Operator can only obtain that training from Aurizon Network, then Aurizon Network will provide the Operator with that training and be entitled to recover from the Operator a reasonable commercial charge for providing such training.

  • If the End User gives Aurizon Network an Authorisation Request Notice, the Interface Risk Assessment required to be conducted under clause 28.2 will, unless otherwise required by Aurizon Network, be limited to a Rollingstock Interface Standards Risk Assessment in respect of the proposed Rollingstock or Rollingstock Configurations for the Train Service Type (as applicable) specified in the Authorisation Request Notice.

  • If the Operator gives Aurizon Network an Authorisation Request Notice, the Interface Risk Assessment required to be conducted under clause 29.2 will, unless otherwise required by Aurizon Network, be limited to a Rollingstock Interface Standards Risk Assessment in respect of the proposed Rollingstock or Rollingstock Configurations for the Train Service Type (as applicable) specified in the Authorisation Request Notice.

  • Where QR Network and the Operator agree that training of the Operator’s Staff is required as a control or part of a control to a particular Interface Risk identified in the Interface Risk Assessment and the Operator can only obtain that training from QR Network, QR Network will provide the Operator with that training and be entitled to recover a reasonable commercial charge for providing such training.

  • If the Parties are unable to agree on any aspects of the Interface Risk Assessment or the Interface Risk Management Plan, either Party may give a Dispute Notice to the other Party and the Dispute will be referred to an expert for resolution in accordance with clause 17.4. The Parties agree that the expert for the purposes of this clause 11.2 and clause (a) will be the Queensland Rail Safety Regulator.


More Definitions of Interface Risk Assessment

Interface Risk Assessment means the assessment jointly undertaken by the Parties of the risks associated with the Owner’s operations and the Private Infrastructure insofar as they interface with the Connecting Infrastructure, and the Network;.
Interface Risk Assessment means an assessment that ensures that the Interface Risks are properly managed within a risk management framework and which will identify all reasonably foreseeable hazards related to the Interface Risks, assess the risks of such hazards occurring and the implications of such hazards occurring as well as nominating suitable control mechanisms to manage the Interface Risks;
Interface Risk Assessment means the assessment jointly undertaken by the Parties of the risks associated with the Owner‟s operations and the Private Infrastructure insofar as they interface with the Connecting Infrastructure, and the Network. Interface Risk Management Plan means the plan referred to in clause 101 and included in Schedule 56. Maintenance Year means each 12 month period (or part thereof) occurring during the term of this Agreement commencing on and from the Commitment Date, and thereafter on each anniversary of the Commitment Date. Network means that part of the network of rail transport infrastructure (as defined in the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 (Qld) ) for which QR Network is the Accredited Rail Infrastructure Manager, as modified or upgraded from time to time (but, if QR Network is the Rail Infrastructure Manager for the Private Infrastructure, excluding the Private Infrastructure). Party means a party to this Agreement, and Parties the parties to this Agreement. Private Infrastructure means track and/or associated rail transport infrastructure owned by the Owner starting at the Connecting Infrastructure as shown on the Plan detailed in Schedule 12, and as modified or upgraded from time to time.
