Investing Party definition

Investing Party or “Investing Parties” shall mean Party A or Party B or both Party A and Party B, as the context may require.
Investing Party means any party that is contributing the funds for the CBM Operations in accordance with its participating interest determined pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Contract.
Investing Party has the meaning specified in Section 5.03.

More Definitions of Investing Party

Investing Party means any party that is contributing the funds for the Petroleum Operations in accordance with its participating interest determined pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Contract.

  • Participating Party means an enterprise or public body that has committed itself to reaching certain objectives under a voluntary agreement, or is covered by a national regulatory policy instrument;
