Lender will be entitled to deduct from the Replacement Reserve Fund (i) the Investment Fee for establishing the Replacement Reserve Fund and (ii) the Inspection Fee for any inspection required pursuant to this Section 4.04.
The Manager shall use its reasonable endeavours to deploy the full amount of a Subscription (less the Investment Fee and Dealing Fee) into Shares within twenty one (21) business days of the satisfaction (as determined by the Manager in its sole discretion) of all conditions to completion of a Subscription.
