The Subscriber has secured the advice of its legal counsel, accountants or other financial advisors with respect to an investment in the Company and the terms of the Investment Package, including the Operating Agreement and this Agreement.
In evaluating the suitability of this investment in the Company, Subscriber has not relied upon any representations or other information (whether oral or written) other than this Agreement and the Investment Package.
Subscriber recognizes that the acquisition of the Interest involves a high degree of risk and has carefully read and acknowledged the risk factors enclosed in the Investment Package.
