Investment Policies and Restrictions definition

Investment Policies and Restrictions means, with respect to the Borrower, the provisions dealing with objectives, policies and restrictions relating to investing and borrowing by the Borrower, as set forth in the Borrower’s Prospectus, as modified by the annual reports of the Borrower, delivered to the Agent prior to the date of this Agreement, in each case as such objectives, policies and restrictions are in effect on the Effective Date, as modified as permitted under this Agreement.
Investment Policies and Restrictions means the provisions dealing with investment policies, distributions, investment restrictions, tender offers, repurchases, leverage and diversification status as set forth in the Prospectus, as modified in accordance with Section 5.02(i).
Investment Policies and Restrictions means with respect to the Fund, the provisions dealing with objectives, policies and restrictions relating to investing and borrowing by the Fund, as set forth in the Fund’s Prospectus, as modified by the annual reports of the Fund, delivered to the Purchasers prior to the date of this Agreement, in each case as such objectives, policies and restrictions are in effect on the date of Closing, as modified as permitted under this Agreement.
