ITT Material definition

ITT Material means any other material (including patterns and samples), equipment or software, in any medium or form issued to you, or to which you have been granted access, by the Authority for the purposes of responding to this ITT.
ITT Material means information (including for example, drawings, handbooks, manuals, reports, instructions, specifications and notes of pre- tender clarification meetings, in whatever form or medium), issued to Tenderers by UK Sport or on its behalf, or to which Tenderers have been given access, for the purposes of responding to this Invitation. Tender Material remains the property of UK Sport or other owners and is released solely for the purpose of tendering. The Tenderer shall notify UK Sport without delay if any additional Tender Material is required for the purpose of tendering.
ITT Material means information (including for example, drawings, handbooks, manuals, instructions, specifications and notes of pre-Tender clarification meetings, in whatever form or medium), patterns and samples, issued to you by the Authority or on its behalf, or to which you have been given access, for the purposes of responding to this ITT. ITT Material remains the property of the Authority or other owners and is released solely for the purpose of tendering. The Tenderer shall notify the MOD Commercial Branch without delay if any additional ITT Material is required for the purpose of tendering.

Examples of ITT Material in a sentence

  • If a tender is submitted to the Authority, the ITT Material may be retained by the Tenderer until the result of the competition is known.

  • In the event that a recipient of ITT Material decides not to participate in the submission of a tender, the ITT Material shall be returned to its place of issue without delay.

  • The Intellectual Property Rights in ITT Material may belong to the Authority or a third party.

  • The ITT Material may only be used for the purpose of responding to this ITT and shall not be copied, or disclosed to anyone other than employees of the Tenderer involved in the preparation of the Tender, without the prior written approval of the Authority.

  • If the Tenderer discloses the ITT Material other than to employees involved in the Tender preparation, or uses the ITT Material other than for the purpose of Tendering, the Authority, or the third party owner, may suffer damage for which compensation may be sought from the Tenderer.

  • In the event that the Tenderer's bid is unsuccessful the ITT Material shall be returned to its place of issue without delay.

  • Some or all of the ITT Material issued in connection with this ITT may already be the subject of Confidentiality Agreements.

  • The provisions of such Agreements are in addition to, and not in substitution for, any obligations arising from receipt of or access to ITT Material under the terms of this ITT, and the provisions of sub-paragraphs 9a., 9b.

  • Subject to paragraph 4 hereof, the Tenderer shall comply with the notices and instructions set out in this DEFFORM and the Conditions of Contract in the accompanying ITT Material.

  • Confidentiality Agreements Some or all of the ITT Material issued in connection with this ITT may already be the subject of Confidentiality Agreements.

Related to ITT Material

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.
