Job Coach definition

Job Coach means an employee who holds a Community College Diploma in a related discipline or equivalent and who is assigned to a school/program to work under the direction of the principal to provide a school-to-work transition and on the job training for special needs students.
Job Coach means the individual(s) who delivers the Job Coaching Services to Participants.
