Joint Program Inventions definition

Joint Program Inventions means any and all Program Inventions, whether or not patentable, that are invented jointly by employees, agents, consultants or contractors of both [***], but [***].

Joint Program Inventions means all inventions, innovations, improvements, ideas, discoveries, technology, know-how, methods, applications and products (whether or not patentable) arising under the Research Program, which are conceived, derived, reduced to practice, made or developed during the term of and the four (4) months following the conclusion of the Program by at least two individuals, at least one individual of which is an employee, at the time of the inventive contribution of such individual, of one of the parties hereto, and at least
