Joint Recipient definition

Joint Recipient means, where more than one (1) Recipient is a party to the Funding Agreement, any of the Recipients. Lead Recipient means, in the case of Joint Recipients, the Recipient under the Funding Agreement that the Joint Recipients have designated as the Lead Recipient, and that is the main contact that represents all Joint Recipients for the purposes of notices, other communications, instructions, and payment of funding.
