Jointly Owned Invention definition

Jointly Owned Invention has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.1.
Jointly Owned Invention means a Collaboration Invention that relates to (A) *** or (B) ***. Jointly Owned Inventions exclude Genentech Owned Inventions and Syndax Owned Inventions. Subject to the licenses granted by one Party to the other in Section 6.2, Genentech and Syndax shall jointly own all right, title and interest in and to the Jointly Owned Inventions.
