Junior Lien Collateral Agent definition

Junior Lien Collateral Agent means initially the Junior Lien Representative for the holders of any initial Junior Lien Obligations, and thereafter such other agent or trustee as is designated “Junior Lien Collateral Agent” by Junior Lien Secured Parties holding a majority in principal amount of the Junior Lien Obligations then outstanding or pursuant to such other arrangements as agreed to among the holders of the Junior Lien Obligations.
Junior Lien Collateral Agent means the collateral agent or agents or other representative of lenders or holders of Junior Lien Obligations designated pursuant to the terms of the Junior Lien Documents and the Intercreditor Agreement, in each case, together with its successors and assigns.
Junior Lien Collateral Agent means the Junior Lien Representative for the holders of any initial Junior Lien Obligations.

Junior Lien Collateral Agent means (i) in the case of the Initial Junior-Lien Obligations, the Initial Junior-Lien Collateral Agent and (ii) in the case of Additional Junior-Lien Debt, the Additional Junior-Lien Collateral Agent for such class or series. If at any time, the Authorized Representative for a given class or series of Junior-Lien Debt is also acting as the Collateral Agent for such class or series, then any reference to a Collateral Agent contained herein will be deemed to include such Authorized Representative acting as such.
Junior Lien Collateral Agent means (i) in the case of any Initial Junior Lien Obligations or the Initial Junior Lien Claimholders, the Initial Junior Lien Collateral Agent and (ii) in the case of any Additional Junior Lien Obligations and the Additional Junior Lien Claimholders in respect thereof, the Person serving as collateral agent (or the equivalent) for such Additional Junior Lien Obligations and that is named as the Junior Lien Collateral Agent in respect of such Additional Junior Lien Obligations in the applicable Joinder Agreement (each, in the case of this clause (ii), together with its successors and assigns in such capacity, an “Additional Junior Lien Collateral Agent”).
Junior Lien Collateral Agent means (i) so long as the 2006 Second Priority Notes are outstanding, the trustee under the 2006 Second Priority Notes Indenture, in its capacity as trustee and collateral agent for the holders of 2006 Second Priority Notes and other secured parties under the 2006 Second Priority Notes Indenture and the related security documents (including the holders of the 2009 Second Priority Notes), and (ii) at any time thereafter, such agent or trustee as is designated “Junior Lien Collateral Agent” by Junior Lien Secured Parties holding a majority in principal amount of the Junior Lien Obligations then outstanding or pursuant to such other arrangements as agreed to among the holders of the Junior Lien Obligations, it being understood that as of the Issue Date, the trustee under the 2006 Second Priority Notes Indenture shall be the Junior Lien Collateral Agent.
Junior Lien Collateral Agent means any collateral agent under Junior Lien Documents, and any successor thereto.
Junior Lien Collateral Agent means such Person nominated by the holders of the Junior Lien Obligations, in its capacity as collateral agent for the Junior Lien Secured Parties under the Collateral Agency Agreement, together with its successors in such capacity.
