Key Contact: Customer agrees to make available and designate a key contact for general administration of this Agreement.
All notices which are required to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing (including e-mail) and shall be sent to the recipient named as the Key Contact or such other address as the recipient may designate by advance notice.
The Company shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the same person acts as the Company's Key Contact throughout the term of this agreement but may replace them from time to time where reasonably necessary in the interests of the Company's business.
