Key Management Team definition

Key Management Team means the following Persons of the Company : (a) Persons occupying the office of chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief information; officer, chief financial officer, chief technology officer, chief marketing officer and such other offices held by the Promoters; (b) Employees who report directly to the chief executive officer, chief technology officer, chief operating officer, chief information officer, chief financial officer, chief marketing officer and such other offices held by the Promoters.
Key Management Team means the management team of the Company responsible for the day- to-day operations of the Company, consisting of Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Xxxxx Xxxx, Chief Financial Officer of the Company;

More Definitions of Key Management Team

Key Management Team means the CenterPoint Management Team and up to ten (10) other senior executives of CenterPoint who enter into new employment agreements with the Company and CenterPoint effective at the Effective Time.
