KKR Investor means KKR Vision Aggregator L.P. and its Permitted Transferees.

KKR Investor means each of KKR 2006 Fund L.P., KKR Partners III, L.P., OPERF Co-Investment LLC and 8 North America Investor L.P and any Permitted Transferee (as defined in the Stockholder Agreement) of any such Person who holds limited partnership interests of the Stockholder or, following a Distribution (as defined in the Stockholder Agreement), Shares.
